Chiwda Masala Ingredients:
Sugar, Cumin, Coriander, Aniseeds, Ajwain, Salt, Red Chillies, Turmeric, Bayleaves, Black Pepper, Citric Acid, Black Salt, Cinnamon and Cloves
Direction to Use:
Use 300 gms. of 'Kamdhenu Chiwda Masala' for 1 kg. of deep fried pressed rice. Other ingredients like Ground nut, Cashew Nuts, Curry leaves, Dry coconut etc. can also be used after deep frying separately. Mix 'Kamdhenu' Chiwda masala with this mix of 1 Kg. deep fried pressed Rice and other ingredients. Add approx. 400 gms. of heated oil and mix it again. Add sugar and salt extra as per individual taste.
To make other type of corn and puffed rice chiwda, 'Kamdhenu' chiwda masala can also be used.
