A1 Kanda Lasoon Masala

Kamdhenu A-1 Kanda Lasun Masala is a multipurpose spice blend with tantalizing delicate spices like Bay Leaf, Cumin, Black Pepper, Cinnamon and Star Anise. It owes it origin form the southern Maharashtra region and is now the ultimate choice for everyday preparations and several snacks. This masala adds a spicy yet flavorful kick to your preparations.

Recommended Use:
You can use Kamdhenu A-1 Kanda Lasun Masala multipurpose masala for making cuury/ non-curry vegetables like Bhindi, Aalo, Fulgobi, Baingan, Paneer and Tava Sabji etc. Must have masala for all snack center items like Vada-pav, Samosa, Pakoda, Cut Dosa, Kachori, Daal-wada, Prantha, Thalipeeth etc. You Can use this masala for making tarridar Moong, Matki, Misal or Chawli, Vatana, Chana Usal.

Recipe: Moong/Matki Usal (Serves 4)

Tamper Jeera Mustard and Curry Leaves in 2 tbsp. Oil in a thick-bottomed pan. Add 1/2 tsp. Turmeric and Hing each to the tampering. Add 3-4 chopped Garlic Cloves and 1 chopped Onion and Tomato each and cook till it turns golden brown. Add ¼ cup of freshly grated Coconut, 1 tsp. Coriander powder, 1 tsp. Chilli powder and 2 tbsp.  Kamdhenu A-1 Kanda Lasun Masala and mix well. Add 2 cups sprouted Moong/Matki and mix well. Add 1 cup Water. Add Salt to taste. Cover pan till the Usal is cooked. Garnish with freshly grated Coconut and chopped Coriander and serve with Pav, chopped Onions and Dahi (Yogurt).
