You can use Kamdhenu A-1 Kanda Lasun Masala multipurpose masala for making cuury/ non-curry vegetables like Bhindi, Aalo, Fulgobi, Baingan, Paneer and Tava Sabji etc. Must have masala for all snack center items like Vada-pav, Samosa, Pakoda, Cut Dosa, Kachori, Daal-wada, Prantha, Thalipeeth etc. You Can use this masala for making tarridar Moong, Matki, Misal or Chawli, Vatana, Chana Usal.
Recipe: Moong/Matki Usal (Serves 4)
Tamper Jeera Mustard and Curry Leaves in 2 tbsp. Oil in a thick-bottomed pan. Add 1/2 tsp. Turmeric and Hing each to the tampering. Add 3-4 chopped Garlic Cloves and 1 chopped Onion and Tomato each and cook till it turns golden brown. Add ¼ cup of freshly grated Coconut, 1 tsp. Coriander powder, 1 tsp. Chilli powder and 2 tbsp. Kamdhenu A-1 Kanda Lasun Masala and mix well. Add 2 cups sprouted Moong/Matki and mix well. Add 1 cup Water. Add Salt to taste. Cover pan till the Usal is cooked. Garnish with freshly grated Coconut and chopped Coriander and serve with Pav, chopped Onions and Dahi (Yogurt).
