Use Kamdhenu Kitchen King Masala for preparations like Veg Kadhai, Veg Kohlapuri, Dum Aaloo, Mushroom Masala, Veg Hyderabadi, Daal Tadka Fry etc.
Recipe: Matar Panner Curry
Grind 1tsp. Khaskhas and 7-8 soaked cashew nuts into a fine paste. Grind 1 cube Ginger, 7-8 cloves Garlic, 2 Onions and 1-2 Green Chilies into a fine paste. Parboil 1 cup Green Peas. Add 2 tbsp. oil to a hot pan and fry 2 cups of diced Paneer until golden brown. Add 3 tbsp. Desi Ghee to a hot pan. Add both pastes, 2 tbsp. Kamdhenu Kitchen King Masala, Red Chilli, Turmeric and Coriander Powder as required and cook for 3-4 mins. Add ¼ cup Tomato puree and ¼ cup Water and cook for 4-5 mins. Add boiled Green Peas, Paneer and Salt as required and cook for another 5-7 mins. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander and serve hot with Roti/Naan.
