Pav Bhaji Masala

Incepted on the streets of ‘Amchi Mumbai’, Pav Bhaji has become one of the most iconic street food delicacies. Owing to its popularity as a snack to share or a full meal on its own, this humble creation is an essential part of every street hawker and fancy restaurants menu.

Recommended Use:
Use this Masala for making Masala Pav and Tawa Pulao.

Recipe: Pav Bhaji
Pressure cook and mash Potato and cauliflower. Add 3 tbsp. Oil to a hot pan. Add 2 tbsp. of Ginger-Garlic paste and 2-3 chopped onions and sauté until golden brown. Add 1 chopped Capsicum and Tomato and ½ cup of boiled Green Peas. Add 2 tbsp. Kamdhenu Pav Bhaji Masala, Red Chilli Powder and Salt to taste. Add smashed mixture and water and cook till desired consistency. Garnish with a knob of Butter and finely chopped Coriander. Serve hot with Pav and chopped Onions and Lemon.
