Recommended Use:
Use Kamdhenu Punjabi Chhole Masala for preparations like Chhole, Chana Masala, Aaloo Chhole etc.

Recipe: Desi Punjabi Chhole
Soak 200 gm Chhole (Chickpea) overnight. Boil until it’s cooked. Grind 2 onions, few cloves of Garlic, 1” cube of Ginger and 1 tomato into a fine paste. Add 3 tbsp. oil to a hot pan and cook paste until golden brown. Add 1/3 cup of Tomato puree, 1 tbsp. red Chilli powder and 2 tbsp. Kamdhenu Punjabi Chhole Masala and cook until oil separates. Add boiled Chhole. Add water and salt as required. Cover pan and cook for 5-6 mins. Garnish with ginger juliennes and fresh coriander and serve hot with Bhaturas or Puris.
