Use Kamdhenu Spl Goda Masala for Maharashtrian delicacies like Bharleli Vangi, Batata, Bhendi and other Seasonal Vegetables. Using this masala will add an exciting spicy-savory taste to your everyday daal. You can use this masala to make Maharashtrian delicacies Amthi and Masale Bhaat.
Recipe: Bharleli Bhendi / Vangi (Serves 2-4)
Add 2 tbsp. of Kamdhenu Spl Goda Masala to 250 gm of Bharleli Bhendi / Vangi or other seasonal Vegetables and mix well till cooked. Add regular spices and salt as required.
