Recipe: Batata Bhaji (Serves 4)
Tamper Jeera Mustard and Curry Leaves in 2 tbsp. Oil in a thick-bottomed pan. Add 1/2 tsp. Turmeric and Hing each to the tampering. Add 3-4 chopped cloves of Garlic, 1 chopped Medium Onion and fry it till it turns golden brown. 1 one chopped Tomato and 2 tbsp. of Kamdhenu Sunday Garam Masala, 1 tbsp. of Kamdhenu Spl Kanda Lasun Masala and mix well. Add ¼ tbsp. Chilli powder, and 1 tbsp. crushed Groundnut and mix. Add 250 gms of diced Potatoes and 1 glass of Water and Salt to taste. Garnish with freshly chopped Coriander and serve with sliced onions and lemon wedges.
